Week 15: Buffalo Bills (10-3) vs Carolina Panthers

After a tough loss against the Bucs, I expect an angry and motivated team to come back to Buffalo to play the Panthers. I do not give the Panthers much of a shot at an upset, and see the Bills winning big at home, putting the game away early in the third quarter.

Week 16: Buffalo Bills (11-3) at New England Patriots

More from Tip of the Tower

I believe that last year’s series sweep was more to do with how bad the Patriots looked as opposed to how good the Bills looked. I believe with the big improvements on offense, the Patriots will be taking one of the two games against Buffalo, and see this game, which is played at Gillette Stadium, as the one that the Patriots take. The Bills’ last road game of the season will end in defeat, giving the Patriots a much-needed win in order to secure one of the wild card spots.

Week 17: Buffalo Bills (11-4) vs Atlanta Falcons

This will be a similar result to that of the Carolina Panthers game two weeks earlier. The Bills will come in hungry after a tough loss, and I expect them to dominate the Falcons. This will be a confidence booster for the Bills with just a couple of weeks before the playoffs begin.

Week 18: Buffalo Bills (12-4) vs New York Jets

I think that the division could still possibly be in play at this point, but I believe that if the Bills are 12-4 going into this game, they will most likely have the division wrapped up. Even with that said, I expect Buffalo to win this game and end the season like they did last year, with 13 wins and the top spot in the division.

Final Regular Season Record: 13-4 (First in the AFC East)

I believe that the Bills will finish with a 13-4 record, which will be good enough to win the AFC East, and should give them the two or three seed in the AFC. I see the Bills losing no more than five games this season and see 14 wins as a more likely scenario between the two. For the Bills, it will not be about regular-season success as it will all come down to how they play in the playoffs.
