4) Ryan Tannehill not playing up to his contract
Just two seasons into a six-year contract extension, you have to wonder if Ryan Tannehill is already reaching crunch time in his Dolphins career. Certainly, he has done little so far in 2016, to justify the deal.

The low point of Tannehill’s campaign came in Week 5, when he looked terrible against the Tennessee Titans, with the crowd booing and chanting for him to be replaced. Regardless, head coach Adam Gase stressed afterwards that the 2012 eighth overall draft pick would be his starter for the remainder of the season.
At least the 28-year old improved the following week, in the surprising win against the Steelers. In all, he completed 75 percent of his passes for 252 yards and, maybe most importantly, no interceptions.
Whether Tannehill can have a similar performance versus the Bills and their rejuvenated defense remains to be seen. In eight previous starts against them, he has averaged 204 passing yards, essentially one touchdown throw and a pick, while winning just twice.
