The Buffalo Bills will meet the New England Patriots in Super Wild Card Weekend as the rivalry reaches a new level in the NFL playoffs.

The 2022 NFL Super Wild Card Weekend features a lot of exciting games and only two of the matchups will see divisional opponents go head-to-head including the Buffalo Bills hosting the New England Patriots.

Buffalo is on a four-game winning streak heading into Saturday’s game while New England has been in a slump losing three of their last four games. This is also the rubber match with each team picking up a win against each other this season.

Winning their second-straight AFC East title, the Bills have secured home-field advantage for this game. Of course, they won’t forget that the Patriots came away with the win at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park.

This is the first time in 58 years that Buffalo and New England will meet in the playoffs, although it will be the first occasion in the Super Bowl era. With that being said, let’s take a look a the betting lines for the game.

Per WynnBet, the line for the game is that the Bills are -4.5, a -210 on the money line. Safe to say, it’s no surprise to see that Buffalo are the favourites going into this game and at the same time, it’s hard to make them an overwhelming favourite which is why they are favoured by less than a touchdown.

The Over/Under for this game is set at 43.5 and the important note to keep in mind is the potential for weather to be a factor. Unlike the first matchup between these teams, the wind shouldn’t be as bad as last time where there were gusts over 70 mph.

Early reports are saying that the temperature will be in the teens and with lingering snow showers. It feels like this might potentially help the Patriots who thrive on the ground game which is helped by snowy weather.

Safe to say, keep an eye on the weather conditions and jump on the under if you feel like neither team will be able to put up points. With the Bills point total at 24, that might be a tough one to roll the dice on especially if Josh Allen struggles to find the endzone like he did earlier in the season.
