With spring training getting underway, Toronto Blue Jays fans might be wondering what the opening day roster is going to look like. Here is an early preview.

Believe it or not, the Toronto Blue Jays will play their first spring training game on Saturday against the New York Yankees.

A brand new season is right around the corner and will kick off on March 26th when the Jays host the Boston Red Sox which will have a mix of storylines to watch after a tough off-season for baseball.

There’s a certain amount of optimism surrounding this team heading into the 2020 season, and for good reason. The front office stepped up in a big way this off-season, completely revamping the pitching staff by bringing in upgrades via free agency and trade.

Of course, Hyun-Jin Ryu was the big-ticket that signalled the organizations’ shift to building towards being a contender rather than prioritizing obtaining assets.

For the casual fan, it can be hard to keep up with everything that goes on during the off-season and leaves many wondering what the team will look like come opening day.

Here’s a preview of what the 25 man roster might look like.
