Danny Green quickly becoming a fan favourite

On the stage with Leonard and Ujiri, Green was definitely the third wheel and he took it in stride while having fun with it too.

It took some time to have a question come his way but when one finally did he made it known that he was thrilled to finally speak instead of having Leonard do all the talking.

He also showed off his charm and personality even though most of the questions were directed at Kawhi. It shouldn’t come as a surprise to see Green be as outgoing as he is since he co-hosts a podcast called “Inside the Green Room” where he provides some insight into his career and Leonard as well.

Ever since he arrived in Toronto, Green has been the perfect salesperson for the Raptors and it’s why he’ll be a go-to player for the media because he always has something to say, and in a good way.

While Green will bring a lot to the table with his three-point shooting and defensive ability, but his greatest contribution will be when someone needs to speak to reporters. He showed that with his answer about Kawhi and what people don’t know about him.

"“He’s a fun guy, but you have to know him and be around him,” Green said. “His main focus is basketball. He puts in hours and puts the work in. You have to, to be as good as he is.”"

It should be a fun season for the Raptors both on and off the court with Green involved and hopefully it comes with success.
