With more than a month in the books, we take a look at some of the more unexpected aspects of the Toronto Blue Jays’ 2018 season.

Over the course of a season, there’s bound to be numerous ups and downs for every team. The Toronto Blue Jays are no different.

A baseball season is unlike any other in professional sports, in the fact you play 162 games. As such, it is important for players, coaches and fans alike to remain level-headed.

Allowing yourself to be affected by every positive and negative would not be healthy, with your team playing nearly every day over the course of six months. In fact, being impacted so regularly could drive you mad!

This all said, there are still bound to be various occurrences which will surprise you, whether it be for better or worse. And as we approach the quarter-way point of the regular season, it seems like a good time to look at this aspect.
