6. LeBronto is Now a Thing

When you’re winning (professionally, personally, or fandomly) Social Media is a dopamine flood like few other things in the world. It’s the funny kid in the class who makes jokes about the person you hate.

It’s your best friend who praises your accomplishments when you do something cool. But it’s the bully who picks on you every day after you got pantsed that one time in 6th grade.

The Cavaliers led the Raptors 98-87, and James had put up 31 points, midway through completely cooking the Raptors. As ESPN went to break, play-by-play man Mark Jones told viewers, “We’ll be back to ‘LeBronto’ for the fourth quarter after this.”

And now it’s a thing.

LeBron just destroyed the Raptors, notching 43 points, and people are claiming he owns not only the Raptors, but Toronto itself.

It sounds disrespectful. But, with the way the Raptors have played, it’s getting harder and harder to argue otherwise.
