3. Toronto Raptors vs. Detroit Pistons

Wednesday Jan. 17, 7:30 pm, Air Canada Centre

The Pistons are the most boring team in the league. The team has no stars and no potential.

If someone tries to talk you into Andre Drummond being a potential star, don’t even respond to them. Just bring up his basketball reference page, point at his free throw percentage and stare at them. Not a harsh stare, but one that shows just how much contempt you have for them and their horrible basketball opinions.

Everyone on this team is overpaid and underqualified for their position. Tobias Harris makes $16 million a year and still nobody know which position he plays. Reggie Jackson (Bobby Shmurda is that you?) actually makes the team worse when he’s on the floor and Drummond is a poor man’s DeAndre Jordan. DeRozan, Kyle Lowry and Jonas Valanciunas will feast without fear.

So, skip this one unless you’re looking for a blood bath. It’s Jan. 17, so it’s a little bit after Christmas. I know you got bills to pay – buying yourself and your brother a replica of Jon Snow’s sword Long Claw for Christmas ain’t cheap.

Save money on the electric bill (or the game tickets) by not watching this game. Instead, put a few extra dollars towards paying for your awful mistakes.
