Kristian Pospisil

RW/C / 6’2″ / 179 lbs / Zvolen, Slovakia / Sioux City Muskateers (USHL)

Pospisil has already played all over the world, and he’s only 21. The Slovakian played one season in the MHL for EC Salzburg II, where he scored 49 points in as many games.

He was taken in the first round, 46th overall by the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada in the 2015 CHL Import Draft.

He finished the 2015-16 season with 40 points, including 25 goals.

This season, Pospisil played for the Sioux City Muskateers. Although he didn’t play on a line with 2017 first-rounder Eeli Tolvanen, the winger still had good production in the USHL, finishing with 40 points in 48 games.

Pospisil also plays with an edge to his game. In 2014-15, he won the MHL’s most penalized player award, finishing with 161 penalty minutes. He also had 111 penalty minutes last season with Sioux City.

Pospisil was on fire at camp, scoring six goals in the four games playing on the top line of Team Sittler.
