Alongside some of the team’s top prospects, the Leafs have also had a few development camp invitees impress mightily in the first few games.

All eyes were on the Mastercard Centre as the Toronto Maple Leafs held their 2017 Development Camp. Team Clark — comprised of Leafs draft picks — and Team Sittler — made up of free agents — have faced off this past week.

Although the team of draftees led by 2017 picks Timothy Liljegren and Eemeli Rasanen drew much of the headlines to start camp, the free agent team has taken up most of the attention among fans and reporters.

With that in mind, there are several candidates that could get an invite to training camp with the Leafs and possibly a contract down the road.
