The team has decided on a new general manager

Ujiri said he’s made a decision on who will supersede Jeff Weltman as the team’s general manager but will wait to announce his decision. If I had to guess, I think Bobby Webster will be the choice and the team will announce this shortly after Thursday’s NBA Draft.

If it’s not Webster, Raptors 905 general manager Dan Tolzman seems like a logical choice, too. Either way, the Raptors will more than likely promote from within.

Ujiri also commented on David Griffin leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers and he was candid when expressing his thoughts on the matter.

"“It’s BS, by the way, how a guy like — I don’t know what goes on inside Cleveland and their organization, but for them to go to three straight finals and a guy doesn’t get that job, I don’t know man. I have to speak up for our fellow GMs. I know the coaches would, and I think he did a great job the last three years.”"
