Toronto Blue Jays: Who Should Fans Vote for to Make All-Star Game?
It’s that time of year again to start voting for who you think deserves (or want) to make the MLB All-Star game in July. We look at the Toronto Blue Jays who could make it to Miami.
As you all know, every July the MLB honors the best players from both the American League and the National League. They come together and face each other for one night. Although the Midsummer Classic no longer determines who has home field advantage in the World Series, in can still be a night of fun.
As of May 1, MLB opened voting for fans to get their favorites to play in the All-Star Game in Miami on July 11. As always, fans can vote online on who they think deserves to represent their respective league.
Then there’s the local team (or national team if you look at the bigger picture), the Toronto Blue Jays. With how the team has performed in the first month, it overshadows individual performances as most fans wonder if anybody can be an All-Star?
Despite the rough start, there are still players who have performed well on the field, that certainly deserve to be considered. Here are three players, along with some honourable mentions, who could be in the mix for the All-Star voting.
