2) Marcus Williams

The Buffalo Bills have a major need for help at safety, especially after releasing Aaron Williams and Corey Graham. This is where Williams comes in.

In truth, the Corona, California native is probably the weakest of our four selections. However, the Bills’ need for depth at the safety position combined with the likelihood Jamal Adams will be gone by the 10th pick, bring him into the conversation.

So what makes Williams so appealing? For a start, he has the instincts for the big play, as evidenced by five interceptions in each of his last two seasons at Utah.

In addition, as noted by Buffalo Rumblings, the 20-year is a “ridiculously dynamic athlete”. He ran 4.56 in the 40 at the NFL combine, while also recording a 43.5 inch vertical jump and 129.0 inch broad jump.

About the only real negative is that Williams isn’t the most physical of tacklers, although this can theoretically be helped by adding muscle to his build. Overall though, he is expected to be a starter right away at the NFL level.
