The Bullpen

This is always going to be a question mark for the Blue Jays, but with Roberto Osuna, Jason Grilli, Joe Biagini it should be good enough to get the Blue Jays to the postseason especially with the rotation being as strong as it is. J.P. Howell, Joe Smith, Aaron Loup and Ryan Tepera should make the bullpen after Mike Bolsinger was put on waivers. It will be important for them to have a strong season early and there could be many moving parts as the season goes along.

Osuna had a slow start to spring especially with his velocity, which was lower than usual, but he had two strong outings at the end of spring. They also lost Bo Schultz to Tommy John surgery for the season. If there is a position on the Blue Jays that is questionable going into the season it is the bullpen but it will not be until later into the season that the team knows what they have for sure. It should be able to hold up with the experience that they have but that also comes with risk especially with Biagini in his second season and Grilli not getting any younger.
