Class of 2017

We’ve finally made it! The top college prospects the OSBA has to offer is quite a pool of talent.

Of course, Oshae Brissett was able to nab the honours for top spot of the inaugural rankings for this season, as the six-foot-nine guard has been a nightmare for anyone to go up against on the wing, when facing  A.I. Prep:

Despite this, the Syracuse Orange commit does have a number of players still nipping at his heels for that ranking, some from his very own team.

Both Jahvon Blair and Howard Washington Jr. have had their chances to shine as A.I. Prep’s starting backcourt, and have managed to be that deep threat and court vision Brissett has lacked at times, when attacking the basket wasn’t enough.

Eliel Nsoseme from TRC Academy has also managed to leave a considerable mark so far, as an all-out hustle player who has drastically improved his footwork from last season.

Xavier Ochu has also been able to put together some huge offensive nights for Southwest Academy, while Jordan Henry continues to be that steady hand who has been both dishing and scoring for Thornlea all season.

Stefan Smith from Bill Crothers has arguably claimed the spot for best overall point guard in the league, and Shae Brown has managed to crack the top 15 with his solid play for Father Henry Carr, despite some injuries that derailed him earlier this season.
