Most Tradable player of the Year
Terrence Ross
He’s peaking this year, but not so much that he’s become too good for the value of his contract. Instead, he’s just good enough that he perfectly fits his contract, which is exceptionally flexible.
T-Ross only makes $10.5 million a year and is signed on for three more years at that salary. He committed to the contract far before the salary boom, when he was still an unknown commodity but a promising prospect.
Now, Ross has grown into the malleable contract. With Powell waiting in the wings, any trade the Raptors make will almost indubitably have Ross included.
Other Nominees: Patrick Patterson & Jared Sullinger
