Toronto Raptors: 10 Bold Predictions for the 2016-17 Season
By Demar Grant
5) Patterson shoots 40 percent from three-point range
Not that big of a stretch as you think, because 2-Pat has actually done this before. He was making one out of every 2.3 attempts, so it wasn’t at high volume.
However, Patterson can shoot 40 from range and should do this season. It’s a contract year and with Sullinger being injured, 2-Pat should expect to start for the next four-to-six weeks.
Patterson is going to have more time and space than ever before when playing with Lowry and DeRozan, as they suck the defense in. Now, he just needs to make the shots, as his future contract depends on it.
Just imagine all the open shots Patterson will have. I bet he is right now and practicing that shooting stroke.
