3. Superman Saves the Day

Kevin Pillar put his body on the line in the top of the fourth to steal what looked like a ball that was certain to drop into right centre. Off the bat it looked like trouble and it didn’t look as if Bautista would get to the ball, then out of nowhere comes Pillar to make a diving grab. Superman saves the day once again.

The next batter, Mark Trumbo, blasted a two-run shot to left but that very well could’ve been a three-run shot if Pillar doesn’t make that grab. The eventual comeback may have never happened if Pillar doesn’t put his body on the line.
