4) Sammy Watkins

Watkins has been good in his first couple of seasons. However, there’s reason to believe that he can be even better in 2016.

In his first two seasons, Wakins hasn’t had the luxury of consistent quarterback play. Despite this, he’s managed to put up nearly 1000 yards in year one and then pass the milestone in 2015.

Now, with a quarterback the team believes in, Watkins can finally show the rest of the league he’s one of the elite young wide receivers in the game. Expect him to break out and take his game to another level this year.
