5. Toronto Raptors vs. Orlando Magic

Sunday January 29th, 6:00 pm, Air Canada Centre

Remember that one ex-girlfriend (or boyfriend) that broke up with you and then moved to a different city, then started dating someone way worse than you?

We loved Bismack Biyombo in Toronto, but knew the relationship couldn’t last. The money Biyombo was worth in the offseason was just too far out of the Raptors price range, so he landed in Orlando. The Orlando choice is a confusing one because he’s still going to be a backup centre, but now for a team that’s significantly worse.

Alas, anytime a player leaves your team you want to make sure you prove a point that they’ve made the wrong decision and now must suffer the consequences. Biyombo grew into being a fan favourite among Raptors fans and it was a shame to see him go.

But, it’ll be a joy to welcome him back to the ACC after all he did last year. Even though Big Biz left us to play in a different city, Biyombo will always be our father.
