In theory, the starting right guard job is John Miller‘s to lose. However, he still has a lot to prove, after a frustrating rookie campaign.

In Miller’s defense, he had to contend with an ankle sprain and the loss of his mother. Regardless, the 2016 season is a big one for him.

At least the 2015 third round draft pick is doing everything possible to help his cause, and should be commended for his efforts during the offseason. This includes picking the brains of Richie Incognito, discussing everything from the two-time Pro Bowler’s training regime, to actually playing the position.

In addition, Miller has radically changed his diet, and no longer eats red meat. If his commitment is anything to go by, the Bills can expect a better showing from the 22-year old this season.
