Thousands of enthusiastic Raptors’ fans filled Maple Leafs Square, aka Jurassic Park, to watch last year’s playoff series against the Brooklyn Nets.

The fans in the square were the talk of the first round NBA playoffs. TNT, ESPN, TSN, every single major sports network covered the Raptors’ zealous fan base. It was a moment of progress for both the Raptors and Toronto sports.

The highlight of the square was when general manager Masai Ujiri made an appearance at the “Party in the Square” and yelled his now famous “—- Brooklyn” statement to the crowd before Game 1.

Since then, the Square has been a staple for Raptors’ fans to gather.
