Toronto Maple Leafs: Morgan Rielly Family Portrait

It’s that time of the year all Toronto Maple Leafs fans look forward to, with the regular season set to start Wednesday night at the ACC against the (*sports) hated Montreal Canadiens. Mind you, you’d think it was Christmas that was just around the corner, if this photo is anything to go by:

I have to admit the picture did amuse me, although Jake Gardiner looks a little bit too happy to have Morgan Rielly sitting on his knee. Mind you, the photo shoot must have gone on for quite a while, given Gardiner’s expression on the left-hand side of the following collage:

I’d be remiss if I didn’t also mention Matt Frattin and his questionable stance. I trust Randy Carlyle will knock some sense into the winger if he tries to pull that stunt on the ice.

*Remember folks, it’s just a game. Even if the Leafs lose against the Canadiens the earth will continue to rotate and life will go on, no matter how the media attempt to spin it.
