As the Toronto Maple Leafs prepare to host the Buffalo Sabres, we consider three factors which could determine the outcome at the Air Canada Centre.

Entering Thursday’s game in Florida, certain people were slightly concerned about the Toronto Maple Leafs . With their recent 3-1-1 run, it was possible they were going to ruin their chances of finishing bottom of the standings.

However, the Panthers managed to bring the Leafs crashing back down to earth, with a 4-1 win. With normal service resumed, the Buds now return home to face the Buffalo Sabres.

This will be the third of four clashes between the sides this season, with Buffalo taking both of the first two meetings via shootouts. We look at three factors, which will help decide if Toronto will get some measure of revenge.
