Toronto OL Jesse Meyler Commits to Northwestern University

Jesse Meyler, a three-star offensive lineman from Episcopal high school in Alexandria, Va., announced his commitment to Northwestern University on Saturday. Meyler took to his personal Twitter account to announce his committment.

The Toronto native chose Northwestern over Wisconsin, Maryland, Wake Forest and Connecticut. Standing at 6-foot-5, 280 pounds, the former Toronto Thunder (OVFL) lineman is a nice addition to Northwestern’s 2016 class, as the Wildcats have also received commitments from guards Cameron Kolwich and Nik Urban.

Meyler’s commitment certainly didn’t go unnoticed, though, as Wildcats head coach Pat Fitzgerald, and offensive line coach Adam Cushing, both expressed their excitement via Twitter.
