The Buffalo BIlls head to Miami to take on the Dolphins in Week 7 of NFL action on Sunday. It’s the Bills first meeting with their AFC East Rivals of the season. While the team has shown a number of positives this season the results have not been seen on the field as the Bills currently sit at a lowly 2-4 in the cellar of the AFC East.
Thad Lewis is making his second consecutive start for the Bills, looking to build on a good albeit not spectacular second career start for the Bills in last week’s loss to the Bengals. Lewis will likely not win the Bills the game, but unlike another option at QB *cough* Jeff Tuel *cough*, he likely won’t lose them the game.
The Bills are an unfortunate 25-59 within their division since their last playoff appearance 13 years ago, and are off to a similar start so far this season after a Week 1 defeat to the New England Patriots and a Week 3 setback to Geno Smith and his New York Jets. If they hope to be anywhere besides the bottom of the table this season, reversing this trend this week is a must.
The Bills will shake off their intra-divisional issues with a resounding win led by a second solid outing in a row from Thad Lewis. Bills win 27-17.
